Welcome to Draftera. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Draftera is a document platform that drafts business documents with AI and stores them in a private workspace you can share.
1 The beta
Draftera is currently a free private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may limit usage or suspend accounts to keep the service available and prevent abuse.
2 Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity in your workspace. Provide a real email address you control.
3 Your content
- You own the documents, briefs, brand assets, and files you create or upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service (store, process, and display your content back to you and to people you share it with).
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
- You are responsible for reviewing every document before you rely on or send it.
4 AI-generated drafts are drafts
Documents are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or placeholder values in [brackets]. They are drafts, not professional advice. Legal documents such as NDAs, SAFEs, and contracts should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before use. Financial and investor materials are your responsibility to verify. Draftera is not a law firm and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
5 Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no using it to create unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material; no reselling generated output as an automated document-generation service of your own.
6 Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta.
7 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftera and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, generated documents. The service is provided without warranty.
8 Termination
You may stop using Draftera at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
